Joseph arrived promptly after I notified him of the condition of our washing machine. He diagnosed the condition of our washer, estimated the time and approximate cost and proceeded to repair it. He was outstanding in all respects. Not a lot of chit chat. He finished the job and the washer is, again, running like it was brand new! Thanks Joseph for your quick response and repairing our washer! All is well!

I’ve used Lord’s three times: twice for my refrigerator, and once on my washing machine. They are prompt, courteous, do excellent work, and a fair price, usually lower than competitors. The first time, they came in two days when everyone else said it would be three weeks just for a house call. Their quick response, efforts to reduce cost, and workmanship made them my “go to” choice. Great company!

Most impressed. Tried another applicance repair outfit but unable to help us. Called Lord's and left a message. Called back within 30 minutes and appointment scheduled for late afternoon the same day! Admittedly, I was told there was a cancelation making a hole in their schedule but surprised how efficient it was working with Joseph. Technician Joe showed up this afternoon and quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed us up on the spot. Great guy ... super friendly and super competent. Lord's is certainly top of our list for future applicane repair issues!

I had a relay catch fire in the back of my oven and tried to Google How to repair it with no luck. My father-in-law told me to call Lourdes. They dug into it, but unfortunately found the part that I need discontinued and the remanufactured piece is months out from delivery. Although they were unable to fix it, I appreciated his time and effort he put into it.
