General Questions
Are you the same company that services Ocala, FL?
No. There is another company with a similar name to ours that services the Central Florida area: Lord Appliance Repair, INC. We are often confused for this company, but we are not associated with them in any way.
Calling us for an appointment with them, is the same thing as calling Lowe’s, and asking for Home Depot.
If you are looking for Lord Appliance, INC here is their contact info:

How much is my repair going to cost?
The short answer to this is, “I do not know.”
Much like how a doctor sees a patient and runs tests to find the cause of a disease, appliances also need to be properly diagnosed to find the root cause of the problem. Some problems are quick to diagnose and require little testing, while some take a considerable amount of time and nearly every tool in the tool bag. Some repairs do not require any parts at all, and some repairs require multiple parts and more than one technician.
Please ask us as many questions as you feel necessary, and we will do our best to answer.
Unless otherwise noted, the majority of the diagnostic visit fee is applied toward the quoted repair cost. The diagnostic fee is not applied towards the installation of an appliance.
Can I bring my appliance to you for the repair?
Unfortunately, no.
We do not have a store front, nor a shop for repairs. All of our diagnostics and repairs are completed on site.
Is my machine worth repairing?
Generally speaking, the engineers of appliances suggest that the lifespan of an appliance is roughly fifteen years, with the expectation of a few repairs within that time.
Our rule of thumb for evaluating if an appliance is worth the repair is: If the repair cost is more than half of the cost of a new, similar model machine, then we will likely not recommend repairing it. There are a few exceptions to this rule, like there are in many areas of life.
Do you work with home warranty companies?
The only home warranty companies we expressly work with are ARMIS, New Leaf, and Regency. For any other home warranty company, please give us a call and ask our office support team.
Can you invoice me for the work completed?
No, payment is due at the time of service.
We accept cash, CashApp, check, major credit cards, or Venmo.
Do you warranty your work?
Yes, we warranty our work for repairs without parts, and repairs for which we have purchased new OEM parts. If the part(s) will be supplied by you (the customer), no there is no warranty for the work nor the part(s).
Our standard labor warranty is 30 days.
Our standard part(s) warranty is 90 days.
Can I just purchase a part from you?
While we do purchase parts for repairs, we are not a parts retailer.
If you would like to purchase just a part with out a repair, you would need to contact a parts supplier or warehouse directly. That is not something we offer.
